Terms of Service
Effective August 30, 2026. These terms set clear expectations for every KRAXEN engagement—from project planning through delivery.
1. Scope of Services
KRAXEN provides aerial intelligence, unmanned aircraft operations, visual documentation, inspections, mapping, and related technology services as defined in an approved project proposal or written scope of work.
2. Project Planning & Access
Clients are responsible for providing accurate site information, appropriate access, and any required permissions. KRAXEN will coordinate operational planning around site conditions, weather, airspace, and safety requirements.
3. Safety & Regulatory Compliance
Safety takes priority on every mission. KRAXEN may adjust, pause, or reschedule services when weather, site conditions, airspace restrictions, or other operational factors make safe execution impractical.
4. Deliverables & Authorized Use
Final deliverables will be provided in the format and timeframe stated in the project scope. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients receive a license to use delivered materials for their internal business and project purposes.
5. Fees, Changes & Cancellations
Project fees, deposits, and payment timing are set out in the approved proposal. Requests that materially change the scope, location, deliverables, or schedule may require a written change order before work continues.
